We don’t worry about what your body looks like when you walk through the door, how old you are or whether you are wearing designer duds; we are a laid back and completely non-judgemental group! We are also very good at what we do which is offer you a choice of Yoga, Pilates, Tone It Up, stretch and beginner classes and assist you in deciding which one will help you reach your goals – tone, weight loss, stress relief, just keeping the body active or all of the above!
Our highly trained and certified teachers will lead you through your class, providing personal attention and offering modifications as needed. We keep classes small (maximum 14), so instructors can provide individual attention. Options for levels of difficulty are also provided.
